If Content is reported to Souq.com that it believes does not comply with these Terms of Use or that it infringes the proprietary rights of another party, Swigaapp.com may investigate the allegation and decide, in its sole discretion, whether to remove or request removal of such Content. Swiga assumes no responsibility or liability to users for the exercise or non-practice of these tasks.

Violates any international, federal, national or local copyright, patent, trademark or other intellectual property rights laws.
Includes any software viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
Disrupts the normal flow of data by sending an excessive number of messages, or uses misleading contact addresses to hide its true source.
You also agree not to:
Contacting people who don't want to.
Harass, harass, or stalk other users of the Application.
Collect personal information about users for commercial or illegal purposes.
Posting content that does not fit or is not related to the category of topics or discussion topic in which such content is posted.
Posting the same good or service in more than two subject categories.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, the servers on which the Application is located, or any server, computer or database connected to the Application or the Website.
For the avoidance of doubt, the above-mentioned list of prohibited content and actions is not exhaustive and swiga reserves the right to (1) remove any content that it considers (in its sole and absolute discretion) to be objectionable or inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations without the need for any notice. and (ii) take action to prevent persons attempting to post content, and/or act in a manner contrary to this Paragraph 9, from accessing the Application and the Website.
10. Transactions with other institutions and individuals
Swiga links buyers and sellers only, and does not directly sell any commodity, and does not involve itself in any transaction between the seller and the buyer, so it does not bear responsibility, and does not present itself as a promoter, for or for any dealing or transaction between you and any user or more than other users of the Application, and swiga shall have no liability whatsoever for any such dealings or transactions.
You hereby acknowledge that swiga does not monitor, verify or approve the Content and that it is your sole responsibility to evaluate and verify any Content posted on the Application.
Nothing here obligates swiga to become a party to any dispute arising between you and a user or other users of the application.
11. DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, Saweeqa denies making any warranty of the following in relation to the application:

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
Swiga hereby disclaims, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any liability for any damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and losses) incurred by any User in connection with the Application or in connection with the use of the Application or the inability to use it or the results of its use, as well as any other sites linked to it and any materials posted on it, and this includes, but is not limited to, any liability for loss of income or revenue. or business loss. or loss of profits or contracts. or loss of anticipated savings. or loss of data. or loss of goodwill. The provisions of these Terms of Use are severable, and if any provision of them is found to be illegal or invalid under an applicable law, that provision may be changed to the extent reasonably necessary to make it legal, valid and binding.
You may not assign any part of these Terms of Use without express written permission to do so. Swiga may dispose of these Terms of Use immediately and post a notice thereof.
